The Ping: an nbn® web series
We helped nbn® launch 'The Ping', a tech and gaming web series that marked nbn®’s first major step into the gaming world — a space known for its passion, nuance, and tight-knit communities. Rather than defaulting to dry corporate content, our aim was to create fun, relatable, and genuinely engaging material that resonated with gamers.
The result was a mixed-media explainer series unpacking how the internet, routers, and game servers work, featuring insights from nbn® experts. Rolled out nationally across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Meta, ‘The Ping’ struck the right tone with this discerning audience, with over 90 custom assets delivered across 20+ media placements.
